As an Autism Aide, you'll work alongside therapists, educators, and families to help children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills that support lifelong success.

What You'll Do as an Autism Aid Support preschool-aged children with autism during classroom and therapeutic activities. Assist with implementing individualized treatment and behavior support plans under the direction of the clinical team. Use evidence-based strategies such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), TEACCH, PECS, social stories, and naturalistic teaching techniques. Encourage communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, and daily living skills through structured activities and play. Monitor client progress and document observations to support treatment goals. Collaborate with therapists, teachers, and families to provide consistent, high-quality care. Help maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment where children can thrive. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Patience, empathy, and professionalism when working with young children Ability to follow established guidelines and adapt to changing needs Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase Apply Today Ready to make a real impact?
