Our care model integrates medication management, psychotherapy, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and Spravato (esketamine) within a collaborative, patient-centered environment designed to improve outcomes and expand access to care. We are currently seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing Salt Lake City clinic . This position will begin as a part-time W-2 role , with the opportunity to grow into a full-time benefitted position as patient demand increases and the provider consistently maintains approximately 32+ patient-facing hours per week .

Compensation $60.00 - $70.00 per hour , based on experience Compensation is based primarily on patient-facing clinical hours, with required meetings, trainings, and other approved work activities compensated in accordance with Whole Mind policies. Employment Structure This position will begin as a part-time W-2 role . As patient demand grows and the provider consistently maintains approximately 32+ patient-facing hours per week , there will be an opportunity to transition into a full-time benefitted W-2 position , including eligibility for benefits and expanded organizational support.
