Position:
Medication Management Department:
Mental Health Services Position Summary (Description): The Medication Management Of the Center for Care and resiliency, PLLC is responsible for providing comprehensive evaluations, medication management, follow up appointments, scheduling as needed, and overseeing of daily treatments for TMS and esketamine. Provides oversight for daily mental health program activities of the Center for Care and Resiliency, PLLC programs, as needed based on the needs of the business. Assists the Do/Owner, and clinical director as necessary..
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive assessments to patients for all mental health programs as applicable. Ensures all patients have follow up appointments as applicable (within schedule) Assists and oversees TMS and esketamine treatments to ensure accuracy and compliance. Perform audits to ensure quality assurance is met for esketamine, at minimum monthly Train, supervise, and motivate TMS/esketamine technicians as applicable Assist as needed Medical Director and/or Clinical Director as needed or requested.
Qualifications:
Maintain License to practice. Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, local agencies, patients, families, and local communities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent analytical and organizational skills Unquestioned personal and professional integrity Innovative and analytic problem-solving abilities A dedicated work ethic Excellent computer skills 3 years experience

From $125,000.00 per year
