Helps patients dress and eat, monitors patients' well-being, and restrains patients if they become physically violent. Works in hospitals or mental health care facilities.

Position:
The role you would play on our Multi-disciplinary Team LABA Responsibilities Maintenance of standard LABA responsibilities related to case management Implement neurodiversity affirming and compassionate ABA therapeutic techniques Conduct assessments Submit semi-annual re-evaluations and ensure progress across goals Maintain clinical and administrative records in accordance with professional standards and HIPAA guidelines Provide parent training and engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and psychologists Provide clear and constructive feedback and trainings to BTs and RBTs ABA Residency Program Participate in structured residency program to build independent administrative and clinical skills for first year LABAs.
Requirements:
Current licensure as a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst. ICAN can also assist in obtaining licensure if needed and if candidate meets criteria outlined by the
