Job Description

Mark Reed Evaluation & Treatment Center #263 McCleary, Washington Telecare's Mark Reed Evaluation & Treatment Center (E&T) is a secure 16-bed inpatient behavioral health program serving adults experiencing acute psychiatric crises. Located on the campus of Mark Reed Hospital in McCleary, Washington, our multidisciplinary team provides compassionate, recovery-centered care focused on helping individuals stabilize, recover, and successfully transition to the next level of care. As an Associate Clinician, you will work alongside psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, rehabilitation therapists, peer support specialists, and recovery specialists to support individuals on their recovery journey. This position is 100% on-site based on program operations and patient care needs. Full-Time Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Salaried |
Starting Pay:
$80,168.40 - $88,447.23
Full Pay Range:
Up to $105,279.78 Telecare applies geographic pay differentials. Compensation is based on location and relevant experience beyond minimum qualifications. Provide direct mental health services in an acute inpatient setting Complete assessments, treatment planning, rehabilitation, and discharge coordination Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team Coordinate care with hospitals, behavioral health providers, community agencies, and support systems Utilize Telecare's Recovery-Centered Clinical System (RCCS) Deliver services using trauma-informed and "No Force First" principles Support individuals in developing skills for successful community reintegration
Active Washington State Associate License:
LMFTA LSWA LMHCA
Master's Degree in Social Sciences One (1) year of post-master's direct service experience supporting individuals with mental illness
