Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
A. Provide mental health counseling and treatment to children, adults, and families under clinical supervision. B. Provide group therapy as needed based on program requirements and with clinical supervisor approval. C. Conduct mental health assessments and evaluations under clinical supervision. D. Develop individualized service plans in collaboration with clinical supervisor. E. Provide crisis intervention for active clients including resources and referrals to crisis services after hours and on weekends, in coordination with supervisory guidance and established protocols. F. Prepare case histories and maintain accurate and confidential client records. G. Make referrals to appropriate professionals or outside agencies when clinically indicated and approved by the clinical supervisor. H. Participate in assessing client needs and consult with clinical supervisor and other professionals, as needed, to develop therapeutic goals and objectives. I. Coordinate and integrate client counseling services with other mental health services, treatment, and provider agencies. J. Support the agency's integration of substance use disorder and mental health services. K. Participate in mental health education programs, conferences, and community outreach programs. L. Attend training and professional development opportunities relevant to the mental health field. M. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Records System and patient files in accordance with licensing standards and billing requirements, completing documentation within 72 hours of each encounter. N. Comply with all Federal, State, and Tribal confidentiality regulations regarding client information, including HIPAA and CFR Part 2, as applicable. O. Complete billing documentation for State, Federal, and private insurance. P. Perform community outreach and education assignments. Q. May participate in emergency community debriefings as requested.Pay:
