Must be available to work across all shift hours.
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Shelter Staff to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to shelter residents.
- Conduct crisis interventions and develop individualized plans to address behavioral health concerns.
- Perform case management tasks, including data collection, documentation, and communication with leadership on incidents during shift.
- Utilize conflict management and behavioral management techniques to maintain a peaceful and safe shelter environment.
- Provide first aid and emergency response as needed.
- Collaborate with other shelter staff members to ensure a comprehensive approach to resident care.

- Prior experience working in a shelter or homeless services
- Strong understanding of crisis intervention and behavioral management techniques.
