Job Description

Job Summary The Production Farm is an outside of the box, fully custom behavioral and mental health care clinic. We focus on play as well as experiential interventions and modalities. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with youth, adolescents, and adults providing support and interventions to promote positive behavioral changes. This role requires a strong understanding of behavioral health principles, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. We are very interested in individuals who bring their experiences, interests, hobbies, and unique backgrounds to provide one of a kind support. We focus on relationships, community, and person-centered care. We do a lot of art, fishing, play, swimming, games, cooking, bike riding; you name it, we use it! This is a very play-based position, having an ability to truly embrace fun is exceptionally important to this position. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior management plans based on the teams assessment findings. Provide direct support to clients, utilizing techniques such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to encourage positive behaviors. And relationship-based modalities such as TBRI. Collaborate with counties, schools, social workers, educators, and healthcare professionals in a team model to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Document all interactions and progress in accordance with medical documentation standards. Maintain confidentiality of client information while adhering to ethical guidelines. Have fun! Play! Connect! and Grow! Requirements Candidates without a degree are encouraged to apply! Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Experience working with youth in a behavioral health setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and behavioral health interventions. Strong skills in behavior management techniques. Excellent communication skills-verbal, nonverbal and written-for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members. Ability to follow documentation policies accurately. A compassionate approach towards clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their needs. A desire to play and have fun!
