Job Description
Duties:
- Provide support and assistance to healthcare professionals
- Provide support in behavioral health settings, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Assist with the management and maintenance of durable medical equipment (DME)
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient patient care aide in changing residents and turning and repositioning, resident showering, assisting with preforming all ADLS ensure residents are well taken care of.
Requirements:
- Experience working with elderly is highly desirable
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as QuickMAR
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
