Behavioral Health Technician Class Facilitator

Responsibilities Lead and facilitate behavioral health classes and group activities tailored to participants' developmental and emotional needs Implement behavior management strategies and crisis intervention techniques to ensure safety and promote positive outcomes Collect data on participant progress, behaviors, and treatment responses for ongoing evaluation and reporting Support individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, PTSD, addiction issues, or other mental health conditions through applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques Collaborate with social workers, medical staff, and families to develop personalized care plans and provide ongoing support in crisis situations

Qualifications:
