Behavioral Health Technician / Youth Care Worker Phoenix, AZ |
Hiring Immediately Shifts:
MONDAY-FRIDAY 7AM-3PM AZ
Fingerprint Clearance Card & Driver's License
REQUIRED
Help us make a meaningful difference in the lives of youth. We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Behavioral Health Technicians/Youth Care Workers to support male youth ages 12-17 in our therapeutic group homes located in Phoenix. If you are passionate about mentoring, guiding, and positively influencing young people—this role is for you. Why Join Us? Immediate start available (with valid TB test completed within the last year) Supportive team environment Opportunity to truly impact youth through trauma-informed care and therapeutic approaches What You'll Do Provide daily supervision, guidance, and support to youth Complete daily progress notes and maintain youth files Assist with transportation as needed Perform daily home upkeep (cooking, cleaning, organizing, etc.) Model and teach life skills Use de-escalation and trauma-informed communication techniques Complete documentation and incident reports in compliance with DHS licensing standards Create a safe, stable, home-like environment
Requirements Required:
Valid Arizona Driver's License Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
TB Test Preferred:
CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention certification CPR/First Aid certification Food Handler's Card High School Diploma or GED Experience in therapeutic group homes or behavioral health About You You bring patience, empathy, professionalism, and strong communication skills. You are committed to helping youth build resilience, confidence, and life skills while maintaining a positive, therapeutic environment.
