As a Crisis Response Specialist , you'll be on the front lines of behavioral health-responding to urgent calls, supporting individuals in crisis, and helping guide them toward safety and stability-all while earning starting pay at $20/hour . You'll work directly with law enforcement, first responders, and clinical teams to assess situations in real time, create safe and effective care plans, and connect clients to the right level of support.
