About Us Reggies Recovery is a structured, client-centered substance use treatment program located in Burbank, California. We provide a safe, supportive, and professional environment focused on accountability, therapeutic engagement, and long-term recovery outcomes. Our team prioritizes professionalism, integrity, and compassionate care. Position Summary The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) is responsible for supporting clients during programming, ensuring a safe and structured environment, and assisting clinical staff with daily operations. This role requires strong boundaries, professionalism, and the ability to manage group dynamics in a calm and consistent manner. The ideal candidate is dependable, observant, and comfortable working with individuals in early recovery. Key Responsibilities Monitor clients during programming and structured activities Conduct regular client check-ins and report observations to clinical staff Perform and document vital signs as required Conduct room searches and ensure safety protocols are followed Assist with client transportation when needed Support admission and discharge processes Maintain accurate and timely documentation Ensure facility rules and policies are upheld De-escalate conflicts and redirect behavior appropriately Communicate effectively with therapists, nurses, and management What We're Looking For We are seeking team members who are professional, punctual, and emotionally steady. This position requires maturity, accountability, and the ability to maintain structure while interacting with clients in a respectful manner.
