We are building a team of professionals who are passionate about helping individuals overcome substance use disorders while fostering accountability, dignity, and lasting recovery. We are currently seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Technician to join our growing team. Position Summary Behavioral Health Technicians play a vital role in ensuring the safety, structure, and daily operations of our residential treatment program. This position works closely with clinical and nursing staff to provide direct support to clients throughout their recovery journey. The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, professional, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Supervise and support clients in a residential treatment setting Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment Conduct client observations and complete accurate documentation Facilitate client transportation to appointments and recovery activities Assist with admissions, discharges, and client orientation Support daily programming and encourage participation in treatment Perform routine facility rounds and wellness checks Assist with medication observation as permitted by policy Communicate effectively with clinical, nursing, and leadership staff Respond appropriately to emergencies while maintaining professionalism
