Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator to oversee operations within our Enhanced Behavior Support Home. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in working with individuals with developmental disabilities that exhibit extremely challenging behavior. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to supervise and manage a multi-disciplinary support team, collaborating with agencies and families, and implementing behavior support plans effectively while ensuring compliance with regulations and providing high-quality care to residents. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents. Maintain client and employee files in compliance with Title 17 and Title 22 regulations. Ensure all staff and consultants maintain compliance with all regulations, policies, and and company procedures Ensure compliance with medication administration guidelines, including storage and documentation per regulations Develop, implement, and manage staffing schedules and that staffing ratios are maintained at all times. On-site at the facile a minimum of 40 hours per week. Provide leadership to ensure high standards of care and service delivery Directly supervise Direct Support Professionals, Lead Direct Support Professionals, and Registered Behavior Technicians. Maintain staff training records and certifications (e.g. CEUs, DSP, CPI, CPR, RBT.) Interview and hire qualified staff and conduct new hire orientation Ensure all staff complete a minimum of 16 hours of emergency intervention training annually.
