Our program will provide PHP and IOP services for adults in a structured outpatient setting. We are looking for a full-time Behavioral Health Technician to support client transportation, daily program operations, and client support. This role will include driving clients in the company van from one or two designated pickup locations to the program and back. This is a good fit for someone who is reliable, professional, calm under pressure, and interested in helping build a new behavioral health program from the ground up. The main responsibilities include:
Picking up and dropping off clients in the company van Supporting clients during program hours Helping with daily operations Assisting with discharge planning and care coordination tasks Communicating client needs or concerns to the clinical team This is not a clinical therapist role, but it is an important client-facing support role. The right person should be dependable, mature, respectful, and comfortable working with adults receiving mental health treatment. This person will work closely with the Program Manager / Clinical Director, therapists, admissions team, and operations leadership.
