We're seeking a part-time neurofeedback technician and behavioral health aid (Neurotherapist) based at our office in Lafayette, CA. This is a part-time, in-office position. We will train! About TheraThrive At TheraThrive (an established group practice), we specialize in neurodiversity, which includes autism, ADHD, giftedness, learning disabilities and more. We support highly sensitive and intense children, teens and adults. We are also experienced in testing, assessment, and treating anxiety, depression, and just about everything else. We help with people who are dealing with a variety of challenges, such as existential depression, generalized anxiety, OCD, sleep problems, emotional reactivity, transition concerns, problematic behaviors, addiction, need for self-understanding, parenting stress, anger issues, overwhelm, work stress, relationship concerns, and more. We are a team of neurodivergent and neurodivergent affirming clinicians specializing in serving neurodivergent people of all ages, and their families and communities, and we offer counseling, consultation, social groups, neurofeedback, and assessment for neurodivergent children, teens, adults, couples, parents, and families. Description Overview TheraThrive focuses on serving neurodivergent populations and also those who with autoimmune disorders, such as PANS and PANDAS. We serve all ages (children, teens, adults, families, and groups). Our clients are typically neurodivergent, intense, highly sensitive and bright, which we value and love to work with. Our neuroaffirming IOP program for youth age 12-17 is set to launch October 2026! We're seeking a part-time (6-8 hrs/week) Neurotherapist A Neurotherapist at TheraThrive is both a Neurofeedback Technician and a Behavioral Health Technician/Aide who specializes in supporting neurodivergent people This position is based at our office in Lafayette, CA (in-office, not remote) This position will start in mid-late September 2026 We will provide the training necessary to provide 19 channel neurofeedback brain mapping and brain training for clients of all ages We will also train the right person in becoming a neuroaffirming Behavioral Heath Technician/Aide, to support our clinical team, especially in our IOP program Some administrative work may also be required Values Driven We are a values-driven group practice!
