- Full-Time About Us Siyata Health is a mobile neuropsychiatric clinic bringing advanced mental health care — medication management, TMS, Spravato®, and Brain Mapping (qEEG) — directly to residents of senior living and residential care communities.
Scheduling & Coordination:
Own the provider calendar — book initial evaluations and follow-ups, coordinate with facility staff to bring residents to their appointments, manage same-day backfills, and keep service days running on timeInsurance Support:
Verify patient eligibility and coverage before visits; support prior authorizations and documentationMedical Assisting:
Room patients, take vitals, update charts in the EHR, and support providers during medication management visitsTMS:
Deliver daily TMS treatments and chart each session (we train and certify you)- Spravato®: Prepare patients, monitor treatment sessions including vitals per REMS protocol, and complete required documentation
- Brain Mapping (qEEG): Administer EEG recordings and prepare data for physician review
Clinic Readiness:
Maintain the treatment room, equipment, and supplies at the facility What We're Looking For- Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA) or equivalent clinical experience
- Experience in an outpatient clinic; behavioral health, psychiatry, or senior care a plus
- Comfortable and compassionate with elderly and higher-acuity patients
- Comfortable with EHR systems and insurance verification
- Organized, reliable, and self-directed — you'll be the on-site operational anchor
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- TMS, EEG, or Spravato experience a plus — but not required; we train Why Join
- Full training and certification in TMS, Spravato, and qEEG — skills that make you one of the most versatile MAs in behavioral health
- Ground-floor role in a growing mobile clinic program with room to grow into a lead tech or program coordinator position as we expand to new sites
