In our residential and intensive outpatient programs, we provide training, treatment, and resiliency tools for those experiencing operational stress, burnout, substance use, post-traumatic stress injury, and other job-related challenges to reset and return to work stronger than ever. We're seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Technician to provide direct patient care in our detox and residential treatment programs. Schedule:
Full-Time Tuesday-Saturday 11:00pm - 7:30am Supportive clinical team, opportunities for growth, training provided. mission-driven culture, paid time off, Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k), paid holidays and shift differential Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate supervision and support to detox and residential clients Assist with new client assessments and provide orientation to new clients Monitor patient safety and document observations accurately Obtain vital signs, conduct basic health screenings, and collect urinalysis specimens Assist nursing staff with implementing treatment plans Support crisis intervention and de-escalation efforts Ensure compliance with facility policies and infection control procedures Transport clients to appointments or meetings as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Experience in behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, mental health, or healthcare preferred RADT or Certified with a DHCS approved provider Valid driver's license with clean driving record Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to remain calm during crisis situations Every shift is an opportunity to help first responders take the first steps toward lasting recovery.
