Job Description

All applicants must be able to pass a Livescan. Looking for an individual available both Saturdays and Sundays. Ability to work holidays a MUST.
Shifts available are:
7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am Duties
  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with mental health disorders
  • Assist patients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Monitor and document patient behaviors and progress
  • Implement treatment plans under the supervision of licensed professionals
  • Conduct group therapy sessions and facilitate therapeutic activities
  • Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field preferred
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health disorders, developmental disabilities, or substance abuse issues
  • Knowledge of behavioral health principles and techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with children or adolescents in a mental health setting
  • Familiarity with data collection methods and medical documentation practices
  • Knowledge of PTSD care and trauma-informed approaches
  • Understanding of behavior management techniques and crisis intervention strategies
