Job Description

Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day program operations to ensure compliance with Title 22 and STRTP regulations and Community Care Licensing standards Assist with scheduling Participate in the weekday and weekend on call rotation Model trauma-informed care and consistent behavioral expectations Managing high stress situations: Responding to incidents, crises, and staffing issues as needed Ensure accurate documentation, incident reports, and quality assurance processes Participate in treatment team coordination with clinicians, placing agencies, families, and other stakeholders Assist with staff mentoring Support audits, inspections, and corrective action plans for deficiencies Promote youth safety, rights, and well-being at all times Preferred Qualifications Minimum 2 Years of experience working in residential treatment, GH, STRTP, foster care, or behavioral health setting Prior management, supervisory, or lead staff experience preferred Demonstrated understanding of: Trauma-informed care Behavior management and crisis intervention Title 22, STRTP regulations and licensing requirements Ability to step into a lead role and make sound decisions under pressure Required Knowledge & Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional boundaries and ethical judgment Ability to support and coach staff Experience with incident reporting and documentation Organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Personal Qualities Calm, consistent, and emotionally regulated Possess emotional resilience when working with our vulnerable population Professional, dependable, and accountable Flexible and solution-focused Demonstrates strong management presence and integrity Committed to youth safety, growth, and dignity Pay $24-26 per hour Other Internal promotional consideration will be given to candidates in good standing who demonstrate readiness to assume an lead role and alignment with our program values Commitment to Our Mission Summitview is committed to providing a supportive, inclusive, and therapeutic environment for youth and staff.
