Job Description

About Company:
New Haven Youth & Family Services is a nonprofit organization seeking dedicated individuals to support our Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) programs. This role provides community-based, in-home behavioral services to at-risk youth and their families. Serve clients throughout Temecula, Hemet, Lake Elsinore - Mileage Reimbursement This is an excellent part-time for MFT and MSW interns seeking clinical hours, as well as professionals with therapeutic backgrounds who have flexible availability. Gain hands-on experience while making a meaningful impact in the lives of youth and families. Full-time positions with benefits are also available.
Responsibilities:
Provide individualized behavioral interventions in home and community settings Collaborate with families, caregivers, and treatment teams to support youth success Address behaviors that impact family / prevent hospitalization Available to work early afternoons and early evenings - service hours: 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM Attend team meetings Fridays in
Temecula Friday:
12:00 to 2:00 PM Write agency required documentation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in a related field is required. Masters Degree is a plus. One year of experience working with children with serious emotional or behavioral challenges (preferred, but not required) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to adhere to agency documentation and attendance standards Ability to counsel children and their families Valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation Clear criminal background check Willingness to travel to clients' homes Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and electronic documentation systems Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required New Haven Youth and Family Services is an EOE F/M/Disabled/Vet PI283799257
