Behavioral Health Technicians - Overnight Shifts MCCA, Inc. is seeking dedicated and compassionate Full-time Behavioral Health Technician to join our team for 3rd (Overnight) shifts. This vital role ensures the safety, well-being, and smooth operation of our facility while providing exceptional support to our clients. What You'll Do…
Client Care & Support:
Deliver respectful, confidential, and high-quality services to clients in accordance with state and federal guidelines and MCCA policies.Facility Safety & Monitoring:
Conduct hourly safety checks of the building and grounds. Monitor facility systems (e.g., heating, refrigeration) and document operational status.Administrative Duties:
Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate records related to facility operations.Team Collaboration:
Ensure consistent shift coverage, which may occasionally require mandatory overtime.Other Duties:
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management. What We're Looking For…Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, or healthcare preferred.Technical Skills:
Basic computer proficiency required. Experience with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems is a plus.Personal Qualities:
