Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)
Role:
Provide direct behavior-analytic services according to treatment plans Provide physical guidance or physical report for behavior reduction or skills acquisition Must be able to work in home setting Must have reliable transportation Must be able to organize and transfer materials needed for session from one location to another (example plastic bin weight 10lbs +, yoga ball, computer, retractable chair) materials will be provided by clinic Implement ABA-based interventions including Intensive Teaching, NET, FCT, social skills training, and reinforcement schedules Deliver 1:1 support to clients and assist with skill acquisition and behavior modification Collect real-time data and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with supervisors, families, teachers, and caregivers Transfer learned skills and strategies to parents, caretakers, and teachers Attend monthly training, supervision sessions, and collaboration meetings Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines Work within professional and ethical competencies
