JOB SUMMARY

We ar e seeking a Mental Health Technician to join our healthcare team. Your primary functio n is to assist in the coordination of nursing/psychiatric care provided in conjunction with the multidisciplinary treatment team . Y ou will work with a phenomenal team that cares like family and works together in a collaborative manner. In this role you will : Observe , report, and document patient's physiological and psychological status by using the nursing process based upon established hospital policies and procedures, unit specific policies and procedures, and/or Standards of Care/Practice . Provide and document information on patient care . Assist patients with act ivities of daily living; attend to patient behavioral problems and provides assistance in crisis intervention, as needed. Serve as the patient and family advocate with respect to the patient's right to privacy by protecting confidential information. Follow established guidelines for reporting a significant medical error or unanticipated outcome in the patient's care which results in patient harm or potential harm.

Job Requirements :
