How you'll contribute A Rehabilitation Technician who excels in this role: Follow patient care tasks as determined by the OTR/RPT to help patients achieve therapy goals. Safely transport patients to and from therapy and other activities. Communicate clearly (verbally and in writing) with members of the rehabilitation team. Observe and recognize patient reactions to treatment; follow instructions accurately. Lift and carry equipment, supplies, and materials up to 50 lbs on a regular basis; use proper body mechanics.
