Job Description
Bristol is a rapidly growing Management Support Services company with concentration in the healthcare markets and is currently seeking a dynamic Mental Health Supervisor that has the skill set and experience to perform the following: Role The role of the Supervisor will oversee and manage Mental Health Technicians. Essential Duties Ensure all Mental Health Technicians are complying with program policies and procedures. Complete and manage MHT schedules. Ensure daily schedule and program structure is being followed by MHTs Assign daily/shift tasks for MHTs and ensure the compliance of these tasks. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings regarding residents with Therapists, Psychiatrist, Nurses, and Managers Train new MHTs on program procedures, structure and paperwork. Conduct QA/QI of MHT documentation Conduct shift and monthly meetings with MHTs Ability to implement change Provide in-service trainings as needs arise Demonstrate skills in the areas of leadership and relationship building with MHTs. Supervise daily routines and responsibilities clients and ensure performance of daily self-care tasks assisting when necessary. Ensure a safe and secure environment for residents. Utilize Verbal Interventions to ensure the safety of all clients Communicate all relevant resident information obtained by daily Supervision to appropriate treatment team members in a timely basis. Understand and comply with all laws, regulations, and ethical practices.
