We are currently hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for our men's and women's programs . Residential Services:

DISC Village, Inc. provides a 200-acre campus in a quiet rustic setting that houses an array of residential treatment facilities for adult males and females some with infants with a focus on clinical treatment, relapse prevention and developing an aftercare plan.

Essential Responsibilities:

Active engagement with all aspects of residents day to day activities Adhering to guidelines in the Residential Services Manual as well as program policies Providing transportation for residents related services Monitoring and assisting with residents related functions such as medication distribution, drug screens, visitation, meals, hygiene, and head counts Completing client documentation and program logs

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent and experience in working with clients in a substance abuse, mental health, or other residential setting preferred. A bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field can substitute for the required experience. Expected to maintain a professional demeanor, respect for authority, appropriate interaction skills, and maintain ethical and confidentiality standards. Must obtain and maintain current CPR, First Aid, and CPI certifications. Excellent judgment and discretion in handling confidential information. Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation. Must provide proof or car insurance.
