In the role of BHT Supervisor you will play a crucial role in supporting and guiding a team of BHTs to provide exceptional care to our clients. Job Duties:

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Behavioral Health Technicians. Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to ensure the team delivers high-quality care and maintains compliance with all relevant protocols and standards. Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans for clients. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional growth within the team. Monitor client progress and ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and timely. Participate in case reviews and team meetings to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery. Act as a liaison between the BHT team and upper management, conveying insights, challenges, and successes. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in the field of behavioral health.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Behavioral Health Technician. Previous supervisory or leadership experience is required. Strong understanding of behavioral health principles, therapeutic techniques, recovery awareness and client-centered care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Proficiency in relevant documentation and record-keeping.
