Winter Springs, FL Pay:
Starting at $16.50/hr. (More for relevant experience & education above what is required)

What You'll Do:
Keep a watchful eye and positive energy while supervising clients throughout their daily routines, community outings, meals, chores, group activities, laundry and more. Use your Spidey senses to monitor behavior, document observations, and spot any safety issues. Drive clients to outings, court dates, or medical appointments in a company vehicle. Mentor teens in building life skills and forming healthy relationships. Support medication observation like a pro (we'll train you!). Respond to crisis situations with calm and care using trained de-escalation techniques. Be the welcoming committee for new clients with friendly orientation. Rock your documentation and stay on top of incident reports. Keep confidentiality, boundaries, and professionalism top-notch.
What You'll Need:
A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED. Must be at least 21 years of age. Valid Florida driver's license and auto insurance & acceptable driving record.
