Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housing Technician to join our team. This role has an optional live-in benefit at the Imagine Wellness Center staff apartment. This live-in role is paid an annual salary, plus the cost of rent is covered by the company. Living on-site is preferred. The Housing Technician provides oversight and support within our Supportive Housing residences, helping maintain a safe, structured, and recovery-focused living environment for residents. This is an ideal position for individuals wanting to enter the fields of mental health and addiction.
Schedule/Hours :
Night Shift, exact hours and schedule to be discussed further Duties Monitor adherence to house rules and program guidelines Conduct routine walkthroughs to support cleanliness and safety standards Assist with resident check-ins and check-outs Document incidents and resident activity Communicate any concerns to the Housing Director or Program Director Provide transportation for residents to appointments, groups, or employment-related activities Serve as a positive role model who promotes accountability, respect, and healthy community living Participate in ongoing training and professional development Experience/Qualifications Must be comfortable working with clients diagnosed with mental health conditions and/or in early recovery from substance use disorder Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Must have a current/valid driver's license and a clean driving record Must be able to pass a drug screen and a criminal history background check Previous experience in the behavioral health field, or related areas such as psychiatric care, social work, or skilled nursing is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
