Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Behavioral Health Tech to oversee the daily operations and resident care at our women's recovery residence. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a solid understanding of recovery principles, and a genuine passion for helping women succeed in a supportive community setting. Key Responsibilities Supervise the daily operations of the residence, ensuring safety, structure, and program compliance. Coordinate and oversee resident schedules, transportation, and appointments. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming living environment. Provide support, accountability, and compassionate guidance to residents in recovery. Monitor resident behavior, complete documentation, and report concerns promptly. Assist with data collection, entry, and program reporting. Enforce program rules and promote a culture of safety and respect. Foster a recovery-oriented environment rooted in empathy, consistency, and empowerment. Requirements Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Minimum 1 year of experience in behavioral health, recovery housing, or social services. Familiarity with 12-Step programs or similar recovery pathways. First Aid/CPR certification and TB test (can be obtained after hire). Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. Basic computer skills for reporting and record-keeping. Preferred Qualifications Active participation in a personal recovery program (references from a sponsor encouraged). Experience working with women in recovery or transitional housing. Understanding of trauma-informed care and behavioral health practices. Calm, dependable, and professional under pressure.
