Case Manager - Men's Recovery Residence (Sober Living Home)

Weekdays About Mana Recovery Mana Recovery operates trauma-informed, holistic recovery programs designed to support individuals rebuilding their lives after substance use. Our men's recovery residence in Wailuku provides structure, accountability, and a supportive community environment to promote lasting recovery and personal growth. Overview We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to oversee daily operations at our men's recovery residence. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and skilled at fostering a safe, respectful, and recovery-focused living environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily activities and maintain order within the residence. Coordinate resident schedules and transportation to appointments, work, and program activities. Support residents in maintaining structure, accountability, and adherence to program expectations. Monitor safety and cleanliness throughout the home. Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and community partners. Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and compliance documentation. Promote a positive, recovery-oriented atmosphere built on trust and mutual respect. Enforce policies and procedures consistent with program standards. Requirements Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Minimum 1 year of experience in behavioral health, recovery housing, or social services. Familiarity with 12-Step programs or similar recovery support systems. First Aid/CPR certification and TB test (can be obtained after hire). Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. Basic computer literacy for data collection and reporting. Preferred Qualifications Personal or professional experience in recovery, with sponsor references encouraged. Experience working in men's recovery or transitional living environments. Knowledge of behavioral health and trauma-informed practices. Calm, consistent, and professional demeanor under pressure.
