We are currently seeking a full-time Psychiatric Technician to join our team at Idaho Correctional Center located in Kuna , Idaho. The Psychiatric Technician , as part of the mental health team, will lead daily activities with patients including and not limited to proper hygiene, social skills, and recreational activities within the Acute Mental Health Unit. They will have the opportunity monitor, model, and teach effective behaviors to improve the lives of patients as well as work within a multidisciplinary team. The Psychiatric Technician will document and inform appropriate staff of significant changes in patient's functioning. They will have the opportunity to assist facilitating group therapeutic sessions as well as the opportunity to facilitate psychoeducational groups. 4, 10 hour
Day Shift:
