This opening is for a full time paraprofessional in The Communications Program (for students on the Autism Spectrum). Qualifications Must hold (or be able to attain) ISBE Paraprofessional license Must be able to complete Therapeutic Crisis Intervention training for verbal de-escalation techniques and physical restraint strategies Possess good interpersonal skills and be able to work on a team Have an excellent attendance record Flexibility and self-motivation Willingness to take direction and follow through on tasks
