The positions are part-time and in Aurora and Naperville - some weekdays 4-7pm and some weekends. No need for experience but some related college exposure is preferred.
Overview Join our dedicated team as a Behavioral Health Technician, where your compassionate care and active engagement make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals facing behavioral health challenges.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work during some weekday evenings from 4 to 7 pm, with some weekend shifts, providing vital support in a dynamic and rewarding environment. You will be instrumental in assisting clients with developmental disabilities, autism ensuring they receive respectful, personalized care that promotes growth and stability. Current college students with some college experience in Psychology, Early Childhood, Speech, OT or Teaching helps. Training towards RBT certification provided. Responsibilities Assist with behavior management strategies, applying techniques such as applied behavior analysis (ABA) to promote positive behaviors. Collect data on patient behaviors and progress to inform treatment adjustments and ensure accurate medical records. Collaborate with team members to coordinate comprehensive care plans. Skills Enjoy working with children and individuals with disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities. Can understand some crisis intervention techniques and crisis management procedures. Excellent communication skills for collaboration. Competence in data collection methods related to behavioral health progress tracking.
