Position Summary:
The Residential Tech/Advocate provides direct care and support to individuals residing in Arrowleaf's recovery-oriented community residential facilities. These individuals experience substantial psychiatric disabilities and meet medical necessity criteria as determined by the Illinois Department of Mental Health. This position plays a critical role in the delivery of structured, person-centered, 24/7 residential care that promotes recovery, safety, and independence. Staff in this role are required to remain awake and on-site during all scheduled shifts and will implement therapeutic interventions, skills training, and case management services consistent with Medicaid Rule 140 and Part 132 guidelines.

Residential Services Director - Raegan Alsip Job duties include, but not limited to Provide 24-hour supervision and support in a safe, structured residential setting. Deliver Medicaid-eligible behavioral health services, including community support and case management activities. Implement individualized treatment plans through daily coaching, skill-building, behavioral interventions, and recovery-focused interactions. Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, meal preparation, medication prompting, and community integration. Document service delivery in compliance with Medicaid and agency standards using electronic health records. Monitor, assess, and report client behaviors and symptoms to clinical staff to support individualized treatment planning. Utilize de-escalation techniques and behavior management strategies to respond to psychiatric crises and maintain safety. Support a trauma-informed, person-centered environment that encourages residents' engagement in recovery. Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and ongoing training to maintain required credentials and competencies. Maintain facility cleanliness, organization, and safety in compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
