Job Description
Position:
Clinician- Family Preservation Regional Health Systems is Northwest Indiana's largest provider of community-based mental health care, primary health care and addiction treatment services.
Position Purpose:
To provide direct clinical and consultation services, individual, family, and group therapy for clients who are receiving treatment in our Child & Adolescent program. Will complete treatment plans, assessments, documentation thereof, and participate in facility and program requirements and responsibilities as assigned.Pay Range:
$20.08- $34.
