JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Job Duties:
Performs or assists with the patients' activities of daily living utilizing the Relationship Based Care model. Assists the healthcare team by collecting, reporting, documenting, and delivering care to support high quality and safe outcomes. Maintains high satisfaction levels by providing care with consideration of the individual needs of the patient/family and their age-specific/developmental needs. Contributes to a high performance work environment by maintaining specific knowledge and skills needed to perform tasks according to policy and procedure at Good Samaritan Hospital. Performs other duties as assigned or requested by Nurse.

High school graduate with some psychology courses preferred.
