Hope LLC Behavioral Health Tech Job Description Qualifications :
Possess a High School Diploma or GED. Must have a valid driver's license.
Experience :
Direct Care or lived experience in addictions treatment and recovery or other related health care and willingness to participate in continuing education.
Ability :
Must be able to with minimal supervision and be capable of performing the duties and responsibilities of the position.
Health :
Must be in generally good health and possess a negative TB screen and pass employment drug urine screen.
Responsibilities :
Prepare bedrooms for incoming patients. Complete ongoing room safety checks. Maintain inventory supply to meet patient needs and address maintenance issues. Clean bedroom when patient discharges. Monitor patients' daily living and conduct inspections of residences to assess cleanliness and safety. Provide transportation as directed. Monitor patients' medications and document their activity. Maintain daily shift notes for each patient for each shift. Monitor and record patient activity. Follow the organization's policies and procedures. Be trained on emergency preparedness, Narcan, fire safety and CPR. All other duties as assigned by the Executive Director and Clinical Director.
Decisions:
All major policy decisions are to be made by the Clinical Director.
Supervision :
This position is supervised by the Clinical Director. This position does not supervise any other position.
Availability:
We are seeking candidates who are available to work full-time or part-time, including morning, evening, and weekend shifts. We are looking forward to hearing from you.
