Job Description

High school diploma/GED Valid drivers license_ Positive, can-do attitude, team player with a strong work ethic Customer service focus Strong written and verbal communication skills A strong commitment to OHI values and achievement of goals Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with discretion CRMA certification required, "The required certification must be completed within 60_days of the employee's hire date. Should the employee fail the initial certification attempt, a second testing opportunity will be provided and must be completed within 30 days. Failure to obtain certification within these timelines may affect continued employment eligibility. OHI does provide all of the training and certifications required to hold this position, and we pay new staff to complete the training. This includes Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist training, CRMA, non-violent crisis prevention and intervention, and more!
