Ed Tech 3 / BHP 3 Millinocket, ME Direct Client/Patient Care Full Time , M-F Days Req # 39827 Graham Lake Campus designing an Educational Technician to assist in the Educational setting. The Educational Technician assists program leadership with ongoing coaching and mentoring of the full-time and relief Educational Technicians and Behavioral Health Professionals in milieu management, adolescent behavior, safety, and crisis intervention. Working in the
School Setting Primary Responsibilities:
Performs short-term instruction in small groups and on a one-to-one basis under direct supervision of the teacher. Introduces new learning preplanned in consultation with the classroom teacher. Supervises small groups of students. Documents daily student behaviors and helps with daily classroom management. Performs morning routine with children before the school day. Current Maine DOE authorization for Education Technician level. Current Maine CHRC required. Experience working in a classroom and/or residential setting is preferred.
