Responsible for administering physician-directed therapies, monitoring patient progress, maintaining treatment areas, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and patient-focused rehabilitation environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and operate traction and rehabilitation equipment under physician supervision. Administer therapeutic modalities according to established treatment protocols. Guide patients through prescribed rehabilitation exercises and treatment plans. Monitor patient response to therapy and communicate progress or concerns to providers. Ensure patient safety by following clinical policies, infection control standards, and treatment protocols. Educate patients on treatment expectations, post-treatment care, and activity modifications. Maintain accurate treatment records and document therapy sessions. Track weekly chiropractic therapy and SoftWave treatment metrics using Blue IQ and CHIROHD. Collaborate with doctors and clinical staff to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment outcomes. Perform daily opening and closing procedures for the rehabilitation and traction floor, ensuring all equipment is cleaned, organized, and functioning properly.
