The person in this role will work directly with children and adolescents with autism and related needs. The Behavior Technician will help clients build communication, social, daily living, and behavior regulation skills through individualized treatment plans. The ideal candidate has experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, understands how to work with children and families, and has a strong professional attitude. We prefer someone who has a background in the ABA field, because this role requires patience, observation, professionalism, and strong support skills.
