Nestled in beautiful residential homes, our dedicated clinical team provides 24/7 care in a safe and supportive boutique setting with 6-8 clients per home. Our comprehensive clinical programming blends individual and group therapy with experiential therapies such as art, music, and equine therapy. In addition to psychological evaluations, we prioritize getting to know each clients life story and personal history. This insight into their lived experience helps us craft a treatment plan that is as unique as they are, ensuring we address not just their symptoms, but the root causes of their struggles.

Minimum Requirements:
Education:
High School Diploma or GEDBackground Check:
Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and any additional required background checks
Valid Drivers License:
Must meet car insurance eligibility requirements (Minimum of 21 years old, at least 3 years of licensed experience)
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work on a computer, walk/stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs., and navigate stairs

Strong communication skills with families, clients, and staffAbility to remain professional, empathetic, and patient under pressureProficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google SuiteKnowledge of clinical and medical terminology (preferred but not required)Your Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a Mental Health Technician (Client Coordinator), youll be a vital part of the treatment process, ensuring that clients receive the care, guidance, and support they need.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Coordinates and transports clients safely to all daily activities, ensuring the clients arrive on time to all scheduled activities, and ensures participant safety.

Utilizes intervention and communication skills in working with clients, their families and significant others daily and in crisis.

Rigorously adheres to all Joint Commission policies and procedures, including Waived Testing, Infection Prevention and Control, as well as Emergency Management and Environment of Care procedures.

Proficiently navigate and utilize the BestNotes electronic health record system to document client activities effectivelyCollaborate with the program nurse and clinical team regarding medication management, and monitor and report client behavior with medication side effects. Monitor and document client self-administration medications while coaching clients in self-management and documenting medications in accordance with the organizations policy on medication use.

Maintain the integrity of the residences, ensuring optimal cleanliness at all times and keeping the area hygienic. Conduct orientation to new residents, including reviewing safety drills and locations of fire extinguishers, emergency evacuation diagrams, exit routes, evacuation procedures, and first-aid kitsFacilitate recovery and clinically indicated activities and groups according to organization policy and document into the electronic health record.

Conduct observation rounds, as needed to ensure client safety, and document client behavior and participation in treatment. Effectively and correctly report these in daily passdowns. Responsible for client attendance of daily recovery activities as scheduled.
