A Mental Health or Psychiatric Technician cares for patients with mental illnesses. Works under the direction of a physician and works with specialists involved in mental health care, such as psychiatrists and therapists. Monitors patient symptoms and administers medications. Works in a mental health facility or in a hospital or other healthcare facility.
Floating BHT is $18.59•20.99/hour due to flexibility needs. Community Counseling Center offer's shift differentials for BHT staff who work an Evening or Overnight shift at its residential facilities.
Evening Shift:
+ $0.50/hour per hour worked on Evenings.
Overnight Shift:
+$1.00/hour per hour worked on Overnights Shifts Available Full-Time Monday, Tuesday 4:00pm•12:00am, Saturday/Sunday 7:00am•7:00pm PRN•
Note:
Not a full time position Typically 1 shift per week , any shift depending on need and your availability Minimum Requirements High School Diploma/GED/HSE Must have or obtain a MO Class E Driver's License (no driving test-written test only) Must meet agency motor vehicle standards and have reliable transportation Continuous auto insurance required
Note:
The Class E is just a written required computer test. No Driving Test has to be taken for the Class E. Then you would go to the DMV after the test is taken (passed) and transfer the license over to that Class E.
