Behavioral Health Technician (Direct Support Professional / Behavioral Health Assicuate/Youth Mentor)Pay:
$21.00/hour | Full-Time | On-Site | 4-Day Work Weeks Location:
130 Calo Lane, Lake Ozark, MO 65049 Shifts available: Day (6AM- 4PM) | Mid (1PM-10PM) | Overnight (8:30 PM
- 6:30 AM) Weekend availability required Inspire Change.
Your Role:
As a Behavioral Health Technician, you'll build meaningful relationships with our students while ensuring their safety and emotional well-being. You'll lead daily routines, attend therapy groups, and participate in engaging on- and off-campus activities that promote healing and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
Support youth with daily routines, hygiene, chores, and personal development Engage in group therapy and team-building activities Ensure a safe, structured, and emotionally supportive environment Implement treatment strategies alongside clinical teams Maintain professional boundaries while offering genuine mentorshipQualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Age 21+ Ability to pass background checks and physical Experience in residential care or with at-risk youth preferred (but not required) EMTs and those with first responder backgrounds are encouraged to apply!Benefits:
