Job Description

Clear Path Recovery Center - Nevada, Missouri Serious work. Real impact. Occasional laughs. Always meaningful. Let's be real. We're a brand-new SUD facility on a mission: to provide a clear path for individuals on their recovery journey—and we're building a team that's as passionate, purpose-driven, and down-to-earth as we are. If you're the kind of person who can stay calm under pressure, redirect a meltdown with empathy and a bit of humor, and still remember to document everything before your shift ends... we want to talk.
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be one of the frontline heroes—the steady presence who helps our patients feel safe, seen, and supported as they move through one of the hardest (and bravest) chapters of their lives. Be a daily life guide : Help patients get where they need to go—literally and emotionally.
Keep everyone safe:
Monitor, document, and intervene when necessary. No drama, just support. Partner with our rockstar nurses and therapists to keep the whole place running smoothly. Lead groups, handle patient searches, support crisis interventions, and yes... sometimes do laundry. Bring the calm, bring the care, and bring a little bit of light into the building.
What We're Looking For:
You're compassionate , observant , and a pro at de-escalation (bonus points if you've used your "mom voice" or "dad stare" effectively in the past). You know the difference between professional boundaries and being cold. You don't mind rolling up your sleeves , pitching in, and having the tough conversations when needed. You can document clearly and keep up with digital systems (no paper charts here). You've got a valid driver's license , CPR certification (or can get it in 30 days), and if you're in recovery, you've got at least 2 years of continued sobriety under your belt.
We Offer:
A chance to help build something meaningful from the ground up. A tight-knit team that actually likes working together. Training, support, and room to grow. A workplace where we take healing seriously . Competitive pay, benefits, and the occasional impromptu pizza day. Clear Path Recovery Is... New, fresh, and grounded in evidence-based practices and genuine human connection. We're not a big corporate chain. We're a local startup with big goals and even bigger hearts. We're building a culture where staff support each other, leadership listens, and patients know they're not just a chart—they're a story in progress. Ready to join the crew? Submit your resume to Human_Resources@clearpathrc.com, tell us a bit about yourself, and let's get started.
