$18.00-$21.65 Depending on Experience and Education Job SummaryAs a Mental/Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), you will provide for the physical and emotional needs of the clients assigned to your cottage and facilitate a healthy group living experience. You will also participate in a multi-disciplinary treatment team in the care of clients. This position is great start to gain experience in the mental health/social services fields!

Schedule:

Full-Time and Part-Time Overnight Shift Responsibilities:

Provide for the physical and emotional needs of clients, including: Providing meals and snacks Assisting with personal care Monitoring medication Intervening in crisis situations Facilitate a healthy group living experience, including: Creating a positive and supportive environment Managing conflict and enforcing house rules Participate in a multi-disciplinary treatment team in the care of clients, including: Attending treatment team meetings Providing input and implementing on treatment plans

Qualifications:
