Available Shifts:

Monday and Tuesdays 1:30-9:30pm and Saturdays overnight 8:00pm-8:00am; other shifts as needed Make an Impact. Support Independence. Join a Neurodiverse Community. Intrepid Young Adults is hiring Coaches to support neurodiverse young adults in building skills, exploring their interests, and living fulfilling lives. We offer a person-centered, connection-focused approach and are seeking motivated team members to join our creative and compassionate community.

What You'll Do:

Support young adults in reaching life plan goals related to independence, personal growth, and wellness Teach life skills such as cooking, budgeting, time management, and self-care Plan and participate in community-based activities , including recreation and volunteer opportunities Serve as a supportive, empowering presence in the daily lives of program participants

What We're Looking For:

Passion for working with neurodiverse individuals A person-centered approach with a spirit of curiosity and service Strong interpersonal and communication skills A sense of adventure and openness to learning Previous experience in mental health, behavioral health, or coaching is a plus , but not required Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Must be 21 years or older Why Join Us?
